Why use a real estate agent?

The most important elements of a strong relationship are integrity and trust. For a buyer or seller to trust a real estate agent, the agent must act in the client's best interest. Real estate agents rank in the bottom 5% when rating professions. They seem to be an unnecessary filter between the buyer and seller; many don't feel that real estate agents bring value to the transaction process. My goal is to prove those preconceptions wrong. The most important elements of a strong relationship are integrity and trust. For a buyer or seller to trust a real estate agent, the agent must act in the client's best interest."

As a buyers agent I will:

-Explain and advise on the process and the timeline from offer to closing.

-Provide comparative analysis to determine the value of the property you choose.

-Help negotiate with your needs in mind.

-Provide recommendation for professionals involved in the process such as lenders, attorneys and inspectors.

All this at no cost to buyers.

As a seller agent I will:

- Run comparative analysis on your property.

- Choose pricing strategy.

- Market the property via MLS and other real estate websites, the Globe and relevant social media to ensure maximum exposure in the market place.

- Negotiate the offers you receive.

"Let's face it, when we are seeking any service we are all looking for someone we can trust with a proven record of success and professionalism. I know that I can provide just that and I always aim to exceed your expectations."

Background

Liora arrived in Brookline in 2000 with her husband and new born daughter. She now has three children attending elementary school. Liora's previous experiences ranged from being a flight attendant for El Al to Marketing Coordinator for the Israeli Architect Institute. Within our community, Liora volunteered as a mediator in the Brookline small claims court through the Harvard Mediation program. More recently, she was involved with Century 21 as a referral associate, and she still enjoys teaching Hebrew at Temple Sinai. Through these experiences, Liora has built solid relationships with small business owners and the local community.
