Stacie is a licensed real estate salesperson and broker, who has worked in residential real estate in the Boston area since 2004. Her concentration is in representing buyers, sellers, investors, first time home buyers and developers in Brookline, downtown Boston, and the Metro West suburbs. Stacie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Greater Boston Real Estate Board, The Multiple Listing Service and The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council.

Selling your home can be very stressful without help. Most peoples homes are their largest asset. You want to be sure that when it becomes time for you to sell, you are working with a well qualified Realtor who will guide you through every step of the process. Steps to listing your home with me:
- The first step to selling your home is to meet with me. We will discuss your needs, concerns and the market conditions.
- The next step is to invite me to see your home. I can give you a good idea of what it is worth without seeing it, but until I actually see the condtion of your home I can't give you my best estimate of its worth.
- Then I will make a CMA for you. This is a comparitive market analysis. It will include details about your home, plusses and minuses, similar properties that have sold in your area and similar properties that are currently for sale in your area.
- Lastly, I will meet with you to take you through the CMA and give you a suggested list price for your home. I will work with you to come up with a list price that you and I both feel comfortable with. At that time, I will ask you to sign a standard exclusive right to sell agreement. I will walk you through the contract and explain what my obligation is to you and what your obligation is to me.
It is very important to feel comfortable with your listing agent. They are handling your investment, your home. Please make sure to ask questions.
About Stacie...
Stacie is a full time real estate professional. She was raised in a real estate family that converted many buildings in the Boston area to condominiums in the 1980's. Stacie has been exposed to all aspects of real estate throughout her life including management, law, leasing and sales. Stacie is a graduate of the University Of Massachusetts Amherst and also attended the Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia.
In addition to real estate Stacie is also an avid equestrian. She also enjoys downhill skiing, water skiing, going to Red Sox games, spending time with her dog and participating in charity events. She is a member of the Boston Public Library Young Professionals, the Museum of Fine Arts Council, the Combined Jewish Philanthropy Young leadership division, the United States Equestrian Federation and the MSPCA.
Stacie is a native of Massachusetts and has benefited greatly form having lived in several different neighborhoods around Boston. She currently resides in Brookline's Coolidge Corner, where she has been living since 2003.
