Scott Goldsmith
One of the founding owners of Prudential Unlimited Realty has been among the top 1-2% nationally as a sales agent throughout the Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services system.
Chuck Silverston
Recently joined the ownership ranks having previously sold his way into the top 1% nationally throughout the Prudential Network.
Scott and Chuck are each in the top three in the state of Massachusetts for the most recent quarter among Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services associates for closed transactions and Chuck for dollar volume sold, as well.
Jon Ufland - Managing Broker
After obtaining his MBA at Boston College in 1997, Jon joined Prudential Unlimited as a Sales Associate realizing the strategic vision for the company was unique in the Brookline market and that it presented an opportunity to shine in a company that was positioned to be the next major player in the Brookline market. Jon quickly became the top sales agent for Prudential Unlimited and a founder and Vice President of the Brookline Real Estate Investment Club, a unique niche program specializing in educating real estate investors and developers.
Jon became Sales Manager in April 2007 and then Managing Broker for the company bringing his skills as an sales agent and his focus on education, from his days as an MBA, to help other agents in the office grow and succeed. Jon's focus has always been on quality. Quality results to clients and quality agents who maintain a standard of high productivity and constant, ongoing education.
Matthew Newman
One of the original owners who brings 25 years of experience and success as an entrepreneur and Real Estate Investor to the team. Matthew has owned and operated several real estate related businesses and he brings a wealth of intellectual resources to the team from his experiences during several real estate cycles.
Together, Prudential Unlimited Realty's ownership team brings over 50 years of Real Estate Brokerage and business experience to create a unique, fast-paced approach to the Brookline real estate market.
