Lease Signing

• Landlord will have lease prepared (either they will do it or the Rental Agent will do it on their behalf)
• Parties will meet, sign the lease and and pay remaining funds.

It is very important that the tenant(s) have a quality residential lease.  You'd be surprised at how many people would just sign a lease without reading it! And we don't just mean tenants! We believe it is crucial for tenants to read the entire lease at or before a lease signing.  Insure that you understand each clause and how it may affect your tenancy. When is rent due? What if I am late with the payment?  Who pays for the utilities - gas, electricity, cable, etc?
