Approval Process
Rental Application Requirements
Landlords or property managers will usually require the following when applying to rent their property:
- A complete Rental Application from each individual over age 18.
- Proof that you or your guarantor (co-signer) make at least 3 times the rent
- A Guarantor Form, if necessary
- Proof of good credit and/or good rental history
- Application fees and security deposits, in full.
Once all of your information has been turned in, the verification process takes approximately 1-4 days.
